About the AI team:
Our team is building Bubble AI - an ambitious new feature designed to position Bubble as the premier platform for building fully functional, scalable, and deployable AI-generated apps. We’re leading the charge in merging generative AI with visual development, empowering users to construct intricate applications without coding expertise.
As we accelerate growth in 2025, the AI team will be instrumental in maintaining our competitive edge and realizing our goal of democratizing access to advanced technology. About the role:
As a Senior Product Manager on the AI team, you'll drive the execution of AI-powered features that help users create, understand, and iterate on their applications. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Research teams to transform our vision into concrete, shippable features that solve real user problems. This role requires someone who can balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives while maintaining a relentless focus on execution.
In this role you'll:
Partner closely with Engineering, Research, and Design to transform our AI vision into concrete, shippable features
Drive product development with a focus on rapid execution and iterative improvement
Lead user research efforts early in the exploration phase, not just for validation
Actively listen to and incorporate user feedback throughout the development process
Develop and document clear product specifications to enable efficient cross-team collaboration
Make tough prioritization calls with incomplete information while maintaining high standards
Get hands-on with Bubble to deeply understand our platform within your first 60 days
Balance technical feasibility, quality, and speed with user needs when scoping AI features
About you:
5+ years of product management experience shipping complex technical products
Strong product sense - you can identify high-ROI opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions with clear, actionable steps
Experience collaborating effectively with engineering teams on technical implementation decisions
Experience using research and data to inform product decisions, not just validate them
Strong documentation and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
Humble team player willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work
Interest in AI/ML technologies and their practical applications
Experience with or strong interest in no-code/low-code development is a plus
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $145,000 to $196,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
Location:
For this role, Bubble is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US and are within the New York City metro area.
We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly. For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches, and happy hours, among other fun perks.
