THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Cloud Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, product management, and a passion for driving innovation in the cloud services space. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our cloud services offerings, including IGEL App Creator Portal, IGEL App Portal, and other value-added cloud services.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for IGEL’s cloud services, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring our cloud services remain competitive and innovative.

Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of cloud services, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Scalability: Ensure that IGEL’s cloud services can scale to meet the growing demands of customers, both in terms of performance and capacity.

Customization: Offer customizable solutions that allow customers to tailor IGEL’s cloud services to their specific requirements.

Support: Provide comprehensive support and training to help customers maximize the value of IGEL’s cloud services.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on cloud services or related technologies.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful product launches.

Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
