Job Description


With overall responsibility for identifying and driving product initiatives from inception through execution. You will collaborate across the organization and therefore must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, servant leader disposition, and the motivation to successfully launch products.  You will be energized by finding and delivering innovative solutions that solve business problems and create real value for our customers. You will not settle for anything less than best in class product in your industry.


This is a hybrid position working 2x per week in one of our office locations (Irvine, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Atlanta, GA or Akron, OH)


Responsibilities

  • Own, strategize, and drive adoption of the company imaging product.
  • Evangelize company products and roadmaps with customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, providing strategy and vision to the product roadmap, including product pairing and sunsets. 
  • Validate product/feature and market fit using a strong analytical and metrics-driven approach, utilizing tools such as cost-benefit and ROI.
  • Keep up to date on market trends and assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
  • Seek out and identify market requirements for current and future products by conducting thorough qualitative and quantitative market research.
  • Manage the product roadmap and ensure epics, features, and stories are sized correctly and groomed. Be able to cull requirements effectively to develop MVPs and demonstrate a sound appreciation of iterative development.
  • Product launch – own new product and feature launches, working closely with internal teams to produce training, knowledgebase articles, demo scripts, and marketing materials.
  • Develop metrics and reporting that not only provides management and sales with insight on the market but most importantly informs good decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Document baseline, monitor, and report KPIs to determine product success against stated goals, including success criteria such as new sales, usage / adoption, etc.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of SaaS product management experience
  • Demonstrated success evolving outstanding, market-leading products that have accelerated revenue growth for a SaaS business
  • Experience building mission critical enterprise SaaS product 
  • Ability to prioritize incoming requests that recognizes that the enemy of great products isn’t bad product, it is simply okay products
  • Experience with Agile project management tools and Agile development methodology.
  • Strong ability to drive value from data analytics
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with offshore development team
  • Ability to direct UI/UX designer for optimal user experience
  • Experience with API, integration, and partnerships
  • A Bachelor’s degree as a minimum level of education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with SaaS revenue cycle management or clinical product development
  • Experience building software for sensor and devices   
  • MBA degree
