The OpportunityΒ Β 



We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Adobe Analytics within the Adobe Experience Cloud. Adobe Experience Cloud helps enterprises with their digital acceleration and provides them with unparalleled customer experience management tools to digitally transform and deliver holistic, personalized experiences at scale, tailoring each moment of the customer journey to each customer.β€―Within Adobe Analytics, we have our new Customer Journey Analytics product focused on delivering fast querying across cross-channel data sets. We are enabling data stakeholders to manage event data at scale, self-serve high-quality insights quickly, collaborate seamlessly with business partners, and take data-driven action to engage, grow, and retain their users.Β Β Β

In this role, you will craft the product strategy, drive execution, and work cross-functionally with other teams. You will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with design, engineering, product marketing, sales and many other cross-functional partners. This is a highly visible position as we are heavily investing in growing Analytics' presence and role across the Adobe Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading Adobe categories of customer experience and analytics, demonstrate an affinity for data, exude empathy for customer problems as well a dedication to customer discovery regarding those problems, and be able to deliver tangible results in a matrixed environment. Additionally, they will need to demonstrate the ability to lean in, learn new things and gain a deep product understanding.



What You'll DoΒ Β 



  • Own the planning and execution of strategic product initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trendsΒ Β 

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to drive product strategy, innovation, and strategic investmentΒ Β 

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales to align on product vision, strategy, GTM, pricing & packaging and business prioritiesΒ Β 

  • Deliver high-quality products that address unmet user needs and mitigate business viability, value, feasibility, and usability risksΒ Β Β 

  • Cultivate a user-centric approach to product development, incorporating user feedback, concept testing, and usability testing into an iterative development processΒ Β 

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap to product leadership and executive teamsΒ Β 

  • Train sales, support and consulting teams in how to sell, troubleshoot and use the new technology being developedΒ Β

What you will need in order to succeedΒ Β Β 



  • 4+ years product management experienceΒ Β 

  • Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience analytics, or digital analytics markets.Β Β Β 

  • MBA or master’s degree preferred or equivalent experienceΒ Β 

  • Experience developing enterprise-level software-as-a-serviceΒ Β 

  • A pragmatic leader with a growth mindset, willing to drive both strategy and fast-paced executionΒ Β 

  • Ability to identify customer opportunities, validate a hypothesis, and grow features from inception to market scalabilityΒ Β 

  • A passion for constant optimization and improvement, combined with a steady focus on customer experienceΒ Β 

  • Proven success influencing peers across cross-functional teams in a high matrixed and global organization environmentΒ Β 

  • Strong executive presence and excellent collaboration and interpersonal skillsΒ 



Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalβ€― U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionβ€―is $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Payβ€―within this range varies by work locationβ€―and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,β€―and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.Β  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).



In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
