Senior Product Manager
At Amazon, we’re working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To help us get there, we need a Product Manager for the Global Payroll and Procurement Products team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across various engineering and business teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long term product roadmaps.

You will provide product leadership, quantify the impact of product features, and balance business needs against technical constraints. You will work closely with stakeholders across various design, development, and business teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long term product roadmaps.

Key job responsibilities
1. Define the long-term vision and product strategy for our procurement products
2. Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business and procurement goals
3. Create a feature request prioritization matrix focused on impact and entitlements
4. Lead the ideation and design of new procurement product features and capabilities to ensure a user-centric approach that starts with understanding user needs and pain points
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
6. Monitor procurement product performance, gather user feedback to continually optimize and enhance features
7. Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and key metrics to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
8. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to release and ongoing maintenance


- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
