Articulate is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our cross-functional growth efforts and the growth product team!
As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll build features that enhance the customer journey, driving increased acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and engagement. You'll ensure that users find the right content at the right time in their journey, and you'll drive continual optimization of the customer experience, informed by insights and data. You’ll lead our product-led growth efforts and product support for our sales-assist efforts.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Articulate and be a key member of the product team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new users, increase engagement, and drive revenue. What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute growth strategies: Identify, prioritize, and implement growth opportunities across the entire user journey, from acquisition to activation, retention, and expansion.
- Conduct user research and analysis: Deeply understand our users, their needs, and their pain points. Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Define and analyze key metrics: Establish clear goals and track progress towards them. Use data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, engineering, and design to implement growth strategies and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the growth and e-learning spaces.
- Own Communication: Clearly communicate growth strategy, roadmap updates, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, from your team to C-level executives.
What You Should Have:
- 5+ years of experience in product management and/or growth marketing in B2B SaaS environments with experience driving strategy for large-scale products with passionate, invested user bases.
- 3+ years of experience leading a product team dedicated to product-led growth.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to gather and use both qualitative and quantitative data to build business cases, inform product decisions, and guide strategies with both numbers and user insights.
- Proven experience with experimentation design, A/B testing, and conversion rate and landing page optimization methodologies.
- Outstanding ability to communicate complex concepts through simple language and clear visuals, like diagrams flow charts, and strategy decks.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and influencing diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- A history of leading cross-functional teams and influencing others without direct authority, driving success through collaboration.
- Expertise with product analytics tools (e.g.,Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) to form hypotheses and analyze trends across the user journey.
- Familiarity with modern product discovery techniques, with a focus on delivering products users love.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience growing products with both product-led growth motions as well as sales-assist growth motions.
- Experience in Learning & Development, HR Tech, or Creator tools.
- Experience in both advancing mature and building new growth functions within an organization
$150,200 - $225,200 a year
The pay range for this position is $150,200 to $225,200 for all U.S. locations. This range reflects the minimum and maximum amounts we believe in good faith, at the time of this posting, are appropriate for this role. Actual compensation may vary, subject to future adjustment as needed. Articulate considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
