Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Growth Product team. In this role, you will take on a leadership position, driving the product definition, strategy and long term vision to drive growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, operators, data scientists and engineers. You will lead the product plans and communicate these plans, benefits and the results to key stakeholders including the leadership team.

This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least one day per week. You will report to the Vice President of Workforce Management.

You will

  • Work closely with a passionate group of data scientists, engineers, designers and our leadership team
  • Lead the launch of innovative features and platforms that empower our users
  • Drive the execution of major initiatives to deliver customer growth, and retention
  • Draft requirements for initiatives that are clear, accurate, and easily translatable into technical requirements
  • Define goals and success criteria, work across functions to provide clarity and direction to ensure initiatives are moving forward
  • Foster a culture of learning and iteration through experimentation
  • Partner across engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists and marketers to better understand our customers and their most pressing needs
  • Deliver delightful consumer experiences that take the uncertainty and fear out of finances
  • Ensure products are delivered on time with a focus on exactness and a seamless user experience.

You have:

  • 5+ years of Product Management Industry experience
  • 4+ years of user-facing experience in industries such as eCommerce, technology, SAAS or multi-sided marketplaces
  • Proven abilities in driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment
  • Experience presenting business reviews to senior executives
  • Empathy for the users you build for
  • Lean mindset to focus on delivering customer value by minimizing waste, optimizing workflows, fostering continuous improvement, and prioritizing in an iterative manner.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects from inception to deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on delivering robust and reliable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in growth-focused engineering projects or A/B testing frameworks.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
