Position OverviewΒ 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our member-facing apps (iOS/Android) and web portals. This individual will own the product roadmap, focusing on improving engagement, driving growth, and creating β€œsticky” experiences that build loyalty among both caregivers and care recipients.Β 

This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of our digital platform, evolving it beyond its current focus on PERS to encompass a broader suite of healthcare-related services. The ideal candidate will be an expert in growth and engagement tactics, with a proven track record of building and scaling user-centric digital products. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be deeply committed to delivering exceptional user experiences that drive business outcomes.Β 

Key ResponsibilitiesΒ 

Product Strategy & Roadmap:Β 

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for member-facing apps and portals that align with the company’s goals in PERS and healthcare.Β 
  • Lead the platform's evolution to include healthcare services, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.Β 
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.Β 

User Engagement & Growth:Β 

  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and retention.Β 
  • Develop and implement data-driven growth tactics, such as personalized notifications, habit loops, gamification, and incentive programs.Β 
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for user engagement and growth, and track progress against these metrics.Β

  • Collaborate with design, marketing and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, personalized, and delightful user experiences.Β 
  • Leverage advanced tools and analytics to create tailored experiences for caregivers and care recipients.Β 
  • Introduce features and content that foster a sense of community and long-term value for users.Β 

Collaboration & Leadership:Β 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, data, and customer support, to drive product success.Β 
  • Act as a champion for the caregiver and care-recipient personas, ensuring their needs are met across all touchpoints.Β 
  • Present product updates and performance metrics to executive leadership and other stakeholders.Β 

Healthcare Expansion:Β 

  • Define requirements for transitioning the platform into healthcare services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA).Β 
  • Identify and prioritize integrations with healthcare providers, systems, and tools that enhance the member experience.Β 

Market Research & Customer Insights:Β 

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities in the RPM and population health space.Β 
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, leveraging this insight to inform product decisions.Β 
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.Β 
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in PERS and healthcare.Β 

Customer Value & ImpactΒ 

  • Focus on building systems and features that deliver tangible value to customers, improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.Β 
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.Β 
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings.Β 

QualificationsΒ 

Experience:Β 

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer-facing digital products.Β 
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and engagement for apps or portals.Β 
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or PERS domains is a strong plus.Β 

Skills:Β 

  • Expertise in growth strategies, user engagement tactics, and metrics-driven decision-making.Β 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize user data into actionable insights.Β 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Β 
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant product development and healthcare regulations.Β 

Tools & Technologies:Β 

  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Β 
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Amplitude).Β 
  • Understanding of AI-driven personalization and engagement tools.Β 

Education:Β 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.Β 
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS) are a plus.Β
