Online Pick-up & Delivery Product (OPD Product) functions as a critical link in Walmartβs omni-channel strategy by orchestrating the fulfillment of digital orders across our fleet of 4,500+ retail stores in the United States. As a Senior Product Manager on the OPD Product team, you will lead a wide range of stakeholders that is focused on how we fulfill our Members & Customers orders at their local store. You will be responsible for accelerating the pace of innovation for our Associates, Members, Customers, Driver Support, & Customer Agents by fostering a culture of platform thinking and building modular capabilities that scale across the omni-channel ecosystem.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00βΒ
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.βΒ

Option 1: Bachelorβs degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 yearsβ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 yearsβ experience in product management or related area.Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position. Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 yearsβ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmartβs accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Computer Science
