Pixellot is looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive outbound product strategy and execution for our coaching analytics platform in the US market. This role is a dynamic mix of strategy and executionβfocusing on product adoption, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and market expansion. You'll work closely with the coaching product team to align the roadmap while leading product enablement materials for marketing and sales. You'll also manage knowledge base development, onboarding processes, subscription workflows, feature communications, and key KPIs to drive product engagement. Location: United States β Atlanta (Remote or Office-Based) As part of your role, you will:
Align with the coaching product team on roadmap execution and market needs.
Lead outbound product strategy, ensuring effective adoption and positioning.
Oversee feature communication and rollout, crafting impactful messaging for customers and partners.
Implement tools and processes for release notes, updates, and customer communication.
Develop and execute product enablement materials for marketing and sales teams.
Ensure seamless alignment between product features and go-to-market strategies.
Optimize onboarding tools (e.g., Appcues, Mixpanel) to enhance user experience.
Define and track KPIs to improve user engagement and sustained product usage.
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and integrate market insights into product improvements.
Serve as the US market lead, maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
Own subscription workflows, ensuring smooth implementation and user management.
Manage digital communication for feature releases, including customer announcements and in-app messaging.
You should bring with you:
Experience: 5+ years in senior product management within SaaS platforms (sports tech experience is a plus).
Expertise: Proven track record in outbound execution, user engagement, and feature adoption strategies.
Technical Know-How: Hands-on experience with subscription-based platforms, competitive analysis, and growth tactics.
Tools: Proficiency in product engagement tools (e.g., Appcues, Mixpanel).
