- Be the voice of our merchants and end-customers
- Continuously prioritize the needs of customers and the business, with an eye on future growth.
- Define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, in partnership with your team and stakeholders
- Gather insights, including customer research, external market data, business
- intelligence, and stakeholder feedback.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to develop feature requirements, create UI/UX
- designs and wireframes, testing strategies, and go to market plans.
- Collaborate with functions across the business, including Engineering, Design, Operations,
- Customer Support, and Sales.
- Define and execute a go to market strategy for each innovation cycle.
- Communicate product priorities across the company, seeking feedback on an ongoing basis.
- Inspire and support your team to drive meaningful results for the business.
What you bring to the table:
- You have 5+ years of product management experience in a Fintech organization, ideally in lending.
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for storytelling.
- You are highly collaborative and can pivot your approach to get to the best collective outcome.
- Youβre experienced working with agile development processes.
- You have a growth mindset and bring positive energy in the face of adversity.
- Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals and metrics, and aid in the prioritization of initiatives and features.
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities.
