The Opportunity

As the owner of the strategy for the main editor tools and workflows, you will be instrumental in improving Express's core user experience. Your role will involve optimizing the existing experience, supporting its evolution, and building the next-generation one.
What you'll do
You will be an important member of a team that builds document editing workflows for businesses, students, and creatives. You will work closely with other PMs and designers to build user-friendly experiences. Your role on Adobe Express' For Everyone, Everywhere team will focus on evolving the Adobe Express ecosystem, collaborating with Acrobat's PDF experts, testing new insights, optimizing workflows, and reaching millions of users monthly.
Define and advocate for your product roadmap through partnerships with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and research.
Build consensus for your multi-year vision for the editor across peers, partners, and senior leadership.
Drive day-to-day product management, including bold prioritization, detailed feature definition, partner management, and efficient implementation.
Perform A/B experiments to improve important metrics and validate significant UX decisions efficiently.
Talk to customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc. Understand what customers want, but also identify their unspoken, unmet needs.
Be a mentor and iterate on team processes to drive outstanding Product Management.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in product management β At least 3-5 years, ideally in relevant design-based mobile and web applications. It would be great if you have worked in environments where you collaborate with multiple products, working across different teams such as customers, partners, and team members. It's a plus if you have a background in design or design systems.
Insatiable curiosity for user problems β Passionate about solving complex system-based problems, have opinions on where the market is going, and always eager to learn more.
Product-led growth mindset β Run growth product experiments with a track record of learning fast to optimize an experience to reach a metric.

MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.Β Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
