We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Campus team. Our team owns Grubhub’s portfolio of innovative B2B products (Kiosk/POS, Lockers, Delivery Robots, etc.) dedicated to enabling partnerships with our Higher Education and Hospitality partners. The ideal candidate for this role has strong business, technical, and analytical acumen and is comfortable managing tradeoffs, and is a strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders from peer-level to C-level. They excel at problem-solving in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and can uncover insights through data analysis and direct customer interactions. The ability to develop and work backwards from a deep understanding of the customer’s perspective is crucial. You will report to the Director of Product for Campus and Hospitality.



The Impact You Will Drive:


  • Build best-in-class experiences for Grubhub’s Campus B2B clients
  • Deliver products that drive measurable impact on core business KPIs, including client acquisition and retention
  • Define, own, and ensure quality execution of the roadmap, vision, and strategy for your products
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to develop feature requirements, create UI/UX designs and wireframes, build testing plans, and support launch/go-to-market/scaling strategies
  • Define and own your products’ goals and KPIs, develop product strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap items
  • Apply a data-driven approach to your product ownership, including monitoring product health and leveraging data to identify, evangelize, and prioritize impactful opportunities
  • Collaborate with highly cross-functional partners and stakeholders, building strong working relationships both within the Campus business and across Grubhub
  • Leverage testing, data analysis, customer and competitive research, and other insights to identify and validate new opportunities, validate product-market fit, and shape your domain’s roadmap


What You Bring to the Table :


  • 5+ years experience of digital Product Management experience
  • BA/BS required (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics preferred)
  • Direct experience with large-scale eCommerce platforms, web and native mobile application environments, and working across front-end, back-end, and data/analytics engineering
  • Effective roadmap definition and delivery, including the ability to manage multiple complex, high-impact product workstreams concurrently
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities and optimize tradeoffs to maximize your products’ ROI
  • Strong, reliable communication and collaboration with partners and stakeholders from junior- to C-level spanning diverse organizational functions (e.g., sales, operations, care, analytics)
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality through a track record not only of high-quality execution, but also of originating, evaluating, and building consensus behind opportunities to drive business and customer impact
  • Data fluency and demonstrated data-driven decision making, including product health analytics, goal setting, impact estimation, and storytelling through data (SQL skills and BI proficiency strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile and OKR methodologies, preferably with squad or “tribe” structures
  • Bonus: Experience within the restaurant technology, payments and/or hospitality industries

The base salary ranges for this position are below. The ranges provided exclude other forms of compensation such as equity and bonus.



New York: $152,500 - $190,500 base salary range



Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. In addition to the base salary, the role might also come with equity and other pay incentives as part of the full compensation package.
