Legence is in the process of strengthening our Information Technology Product organization and have identified the need for a Sr. Staff IT Product Manager, Operations position.

Overview:
The IT Staff Product Manager, Operations role is responsible for building and leading LEGENCEβs enterprise strategy and capabilities. This individual will partner with business units on the prioritization and execution of capability development initiatives to realize business goals. This individual will drive our Project Operations (both construction and engineering design) and relevant integration functions as a thought leader including requirements gathering, roadmap prioritization, and collaboration with business and IT engineering departments to deliver best-in-class solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting and implementing Operations technology solutions.
You will be working with our ERP systems, applications such as Procore, and other software that we, with your input define on our technology roadmap and bridging the gap between the customerβs business requirements and the application landscape. You will consult, challenge and advise our customers on how to best utilize existing and planned solutions in relation to their business requirements.
This role demands advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and communicates with a diverse set of stakeholders (employees and management) and partners in a manner that breaks down complex challenges into actionable steps that drive results. This individual leads as a team player who is able to build trust and establish strong working relationships.
