Walmart Financial Services powers money movement across the retail ecosystem. We are looking for a senior level product manager to lead Gift Card product experience for Walmart customers.
As a Staff Product Manager, you will be responsible for building the roadmap for digital and in-store experiences to grow our Gift Card products helping customers take advantage of wide range of Gift Card offerings in Walmart. This product line empowers our customers to easily discover, customize, shop, obtain and share to manage your/family’s finance or celebrate memorable moments with your friends and family.
The Product manager will work closely with business, design, and tech teams to champion product ideas from planning to execution. This position is highly visible with ample opportunity to work with senior leaders across Walmart to develop, deploy, and optimize for short and long-term goals alike.
You will be a part of seasoned Fintech product professionals brushing up your skills and expanding critical network in FinTech, eCommerce, and Payments space to accelerate your career trajectory.
What You’ll Do
· Own, develop, and execute the Gift Card product roadmap.
· Own writing requirements, acceptance criteria, and drawing UML diagrams for all the products you ship.
· Work with a cross-functional group of people that includes Business, Design, Copy, Data & Analytics, and Engineering.
· Orchestrate wide range of stakeholders, obtain buy-ins, and deliver product in scope on time.
· Understand the impact of each new feature and be able to articulate the value relative to customer experience vs opportunity cost.
· Prioritize and plan the backlog to align the work for future sprints.
Preferred Qualifications
· Minimum 8 plus years of relevant experience in Gift Cards, eCommerce consumer facing apps, or payments in general.
· Experience building digital product end-to-end from requirements writing to leading designers and engineers throughout development cycle including design iteration, scrums, end-to-end testing, AB testing and post-launch validation/ramp.
· Experience defining and writing analytics requirements and leading engineers to instrument and build dashboards
· Extremely execution-oriented individual contributor who can get the job done with creative and flexible manner through collaboration and influencing.
· Ability to collaborate and tactically work with senior leaders that are stakeholders on your projects.
· Has strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
