Technical Product Manager

The Technical Product Manager is intended to lead and manage the development, implementation, and ongoing success of our PLM solutions. Act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to deliver scalable, innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals. Role involves defining the product vision, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring customer needs are met through exceptional product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for Aras Innovator-based solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Product Development: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Define detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product features. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Validate solutions through rigorous testing to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Conduct product demos, training sessions, and user interviews to drive adoption and gather insights. Act as the subject matter expert for Aras Innovator/PLM core functionality, advising on best practices and new feature development.
• Technical Expertise: Work closely with developers to understand technical constraints and ensure feasible solutions. Provide guidance on Aras Innovator architecture, configurations, and customizations. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the support team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience in designing and developing solutions utilizing web technologies/frameworks
• Familiarity with REST APIs, XML, and SQL
• Experience with .Net and related technologies
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PLM systems and related domains is highly desirable
• Knowledge of low-code modeling and API development
• UI/UX design principles
• Experience with cloud technologies
