Job Description:
Supernova is seeking a Product Manager with a strong passion for technology and innovation to contribute to the development and growth of our SaaS platform. This role demands a mix of technical prowess, creativity, and a user-centric approach to contribute to the evolution of our platform features. A solid technical background in enterprise SaaS software and familiarity with financial services data platforms will be beneficial to succeed in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Participate in the ideation, technical development, and launch of new product features to enhance the value proposition of our SaaS platform.
    • Assist in converting product strategy into detailed requirements and actionable product specifications.
    • Work closely with other product managers and cross-functional teams to consolidate complex product requirements into coherent, beneficial platform enhancements.
    • Help prioritize product features and initiatives based on overall impact, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic goals.
    • Support the promotion and adoption of new platform features among internal and external stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the rollout and market adoption of platform innovations, collaborating with various teams to ensure a smooth implementation.
    • Assist cross-functional teams in executing the product development roadmap, focusing on timely delivery, high quality, and resource optimization.
    • Engage with customers and partners to collect insights and feedback, simplifying complex needs into practical product specifications.
    • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the product management team and throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of product management experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated ability in participating in cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and enhance impactful products.
    • Strong technical foundation, capable of collaborating effectively with engineering teams and making well-informed decisions.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying user needs and devising creative solutions to meet them.
    • Flexible, agile, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
    • Experience in the financial services industry and with digital solutions is a plus.
    • Knowledge or experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), SSL Certificates, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) and other system integration is a plus.
