We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Analytics to drive data and analytics initiatives supporting all AR support functions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across AR Global Safety & Support (GSS) teams to establish robust reporting, analytics, and models that enhance AR solutions network performance and support needs. You will work closely with Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams to design and develop analytics solutions tailored to various customer groups.

You will anticipate challenges, manage escalations, make trade-offs, and balance business objectives with technical constraints. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to break down complex projects into manageable, executable components.

Key job responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional projects spanning all Amazon Robotics (AR) solutions and products to drive data-driven insights and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and communicate execution strategies and timelines for various analytics initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, requiring strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee team intake, sprint planning, and execution processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Assess and analyze available data streams, recommending the most relevant data sources to address specific business and customer needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous data vetting processes, ensuring it reflects real-world customer scenarios.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and performance metrics to stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.

About the team
The P&I team is dedicated to developing and scaling analytics products and services that provide deeper insights into the AR network's performance and its underlying causal factors. By leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and deep domain expertise, we drive efficiencies, mitigate risks, and ensure robust data integrity across all AR support functions. Our outcomes empower service and support teams across a global network of AR sites with predictive insights, proactive network monitoring, and comprehensive risk assessmentsβ€”enabling an β€œAlways Ready” support model. We develop core data pipelines and infrastructure solutions to enable supportability and ensure availability of data-driven insights to our customers.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience with roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in robotics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations.
- Experience with BI toolkit like SQL, Tableau.
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
- Fluency in using Agile methodologies and program management best practices.
