JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The Workday Product Owner - Payroll will serve as an SME and collaborate closely with business units' leadership enterprise wide to understand needs and develop large scale global solutions that will inform and deliver the roadmap for the division, as well as business plans and requirements for product design and implementation. This role manages resources and does not have direct reports.

Bachelor degree

7+ years of HR Systems experience - Workday

10+ years of Product Management experience

Workday Payroll experience leading a product team, including implementation.

Travel: up to 10%

Ability to work onsite 3 days/week
