JHFCU is seeking a member-centric AVP of Product Strategy and Development to work closely with our Chief Growth Officer to oversee all aspects of strategic planning for consumer loans, deposit products and services. Β By leveraging a team of product professionals, this position will work collaboratively to drive member behavior through technology, member experience, pricing, and promotional campaigns. Β
Essential Duties Include:
Preparing and delivering concise, compelling verbal presentations to executives and the board of directors and respond quickly and thoughtfully to being challenged in meeting situations.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelorβs Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of eight years progressive leadership and product experience in the banking or complimentary industry. Β Fluency with storytelling, reporting and analytical tools is essential.Β Β
