The success of Bank of America and Global Payments Solutions (GPS) is dependent on continual enhancement and differentiation in the digital space. CashProยฎ is Bank of Americaโ€™s flagship GPS platform for clients ranging from business banking to commercial and large corporates doing business globally.

This position is for a CashPro Product Manager, focused on empowering our product and sales teams with critical information and actionable insights to help them understand upcoming changes and client behavior trends. We are looking for a motivated self-starter, passionate about the power of communicating digestible information to drive product awareness, education and business strategies. This individual must exhibit strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple high priority tasks for the business with overlapping deadlines. They should also be a clear and concise communicator, with an ability to message across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

As CashPro Product Manager, responsibilities will include oversight of various routines and communications across the CashPro platform, including but not limited to: product adoption initiatives, client behavior analysis, release readiness, and recurring executive updates.

This product manager will:

- Partner with product, sales, operations, and other internal partners to complete product adoption initiatives, driving growth of key CashPro functionality through education, and leveraging an understanding of user ย behavior to produce targeted client insights

- Identify opportunities for automation of processes, and work with a cross-functional team of product, design, and technology partners to implement and communicate changes

- Perform recurring executive and stakeholder updates, including supporting roadmap reviews, product adoption initiatives, and client commentary

- Develop and/or influence our communications strategy to create integration with portfolio management and metrics routines, enabling the delivery of more comprehensive, actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders

- Support weekend release activity through the coordination and execution of strategic communication plans, sharing key insights with stakeholders across multiple lines of business

- Serve as an innovation champion and thought leader, identifying new opportunities for enhancement as well as internal efficiencies and process improvements to help simplify and improve the client and internal employee experience.

  • Ability to perform data analysis and partner with product managers to define key metrics to measure success. Experience and success working with large, complex data sets, including using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Splunk, and Tableau/BI dashboards

  • A blend of both business and technical acumen

Desired Qualifications:

  • Treasury Management, payments, and digital channels solutions knowledge

  • Bank of America or similar financial institution experience

Pay range

$105,000.00 - $138,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
