Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the development and success of our digital products from conception to market launch. The role will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of digital products and solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives and meet the needs of its customers. The leader will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of digital products and solutions that drive business growth and profitability. This position requires a strong strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge digital experiences that exceed customer expectations.


This position will serve Rheem’s Enterprise Division located in Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)



Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear digital product vision and strategy in alignment with overall business goals.

  • Oversee product life cycle, management, development, profitability and market share growth of assigned products categories.

  • Contribute to the product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely and effective delivery of digital products and solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.

  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products and solutions, ensuring ongoing performance evaluation and optimization.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance of digital products and solutions, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure the effective implementation of project management methodologies, tools, and processes to drive successful delivery of digital products and solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to integrate these into the company's digital product offerings. 

  • Execute strategy for marketing and commercialization activities for product launches. 

  • Provide product leadership at customer and internal events & meetings. 

  • Support the development and maintenance of product literature, product training, sales training, product pricing and product marketing materials. 


POSITION KPIs



  • Vision alignment – Develop vision alignment score, assessing each product feature request based on its contribution/fit to the Digital products vision

  • Digital Product Revenue – Measure the revenue generated by the Digital product

  • Customer Satisfaction – Measure user app ratings and reviews



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. 

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital products and solutions.

  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience serving as a Digital Product Manager. 

  • Strong knowledge of digital product development methodologies, tools, and processes, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively work with large teams

  • An innovative solution-first spirit and an ability to think creatively.

  • High technical aptitude 

  • Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams) and external subject matter experts

  • Passionate about building and owning innovative, customer facing services/products.

  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
