Job Description Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead global product management across a team (including but not limited to engineering, quality, regulatory, region commercial teams, services, research, clinical, marketing, sourcing, supply chain) to deliver Ultrasound Digital solutions that extend and enhance the customer experience across the entire Ultrasound device portfolio. In this role, you will maximize the franchise value over the lifecycle of the portfolio and deliver on key business metrics, with the goal of increasing franchise margins and market share.
Job Description
In this role you will:
- Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the βvoice of the customerβ is reflected in all ecosystem solutions designed, built, and delivered
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs, market and competitive analysis, regulatory requirements, and other factors into product strategy and detailed design inputs
- Drive Ultrasound Digital portfolio to meet the needs of customers and market in a differentiated way
- Be responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and new product introductions
- Define and own business cases in collaboration with Ultrasound segment product managers
- Develop and adapt business models as the digital healthcare market continues to evolve
- Maximize customer satisfaction and engagement with our solutions
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver world class solutions to customers while ensuring compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and commercial process
- Partner with internal and external domain experts to highlight emerging practice trends and product/content needs of the customer
- Support team execution by resolving roadblocks, and organizational interdependencies
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
- Track metrics, budgets, programs, and projects using Lean principals
Quality Specific Goals:
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Identify continuous improvement activities by initiating the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science or in βSTEMβ Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product management, product marketing, product development and/or related field, leading cross functional product life-cycle management, and/or large global projects (OR Masterβs degree with 6 years of experience)

- Understands Medical Device Design Principals, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances, and demonstrates awareness of industry dynamics
- Understands industry trends and competitive landscape and the implications for GEHC business; partner with business leaders to align projects with business goals and needs

- Recommends allocation of budget to meet product or business success
