Position Summary:
We seek an experienced and strategic Director of Product to lead our product management team as they build custom software solutions for our adjusters, contractors, back-office staff, carrier clients, and policyholders. The Director of Product will have a unique opportunity to oversee two key initiatives that will impact the business for years to come. One focused on claim data integration between carriers and service providers, and the other focused on driving innovation in the claim inspection process. This role will be critical in defining and executing the product vision, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and customer needs. The Director of Product will collaborate across software engineering, design, operations, and business teams to drive innovation and ensure successful software product delivery. The underlying technology stacks are supported by Angular, Vue, .NET, Java, and native mobile applications.Β The role is hybrid, offering flexibility between remote work and in-office engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure product initiatives are correctly prioritized and support the companyβs strategic direction.
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmaps in alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- Lead and manage the product organization, fostering a culture of care, innovation, and customer-centric development.
- Oversee a team of talented product managers, business analysts, and contract UX / UI designers.
- Develop and maintain detailed product requirements for engineering teams.
- Serve as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring that products meet user needs and deliver exceptional value.
- Oversee the lifecycle of products from concept to launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensure continuous improvement in product development processes.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in product management leadership roles, with demonstrated successful product delivery track record and team management skills.
- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business and technical savvy with the ability to understand the business needs and translate them back to product and engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable leading meetings, making decisions, speaking in public, and facilitating working sessions, especially with business and technology partners present.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while introducing structure and frameworks for problem-solving.
- Strong experience working in technology-driven environments, preferably in insurance, real estate, FinTech, or claims.
- Command a strong understanding of how web and mobile applications are architected.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams. Strong expertise in Azure DevOps is required.
- Experience coaching staff and implementing process changes to support product and engineering workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Bachelorβs degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $140,000-180,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location. β―Β
