What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director of Product Marketing – North American Trucking (NAT) within our North American Fuels (NAF) Marketing division. This position falls under our Marketing line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN, or Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will drive go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and competitive positioning for our NAT products. You will report directly to the Vice President of Revenue Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Marketing Analytics and regularly collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service departments.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring sales alignment and measurable revenue impact.
  • Owning the development of marketing content, including website copy, sales brochures, presentations, and other collateral to effectively communicate the value of NAT’s products to prospects and customers.
  • Collaborating on strategy, planning, and execution of tradeshows and industry events .
  • Filtering through competing requests and ideas, focusing on the most high-impact initiatives while communicating trade-offs effectively.
  • Defining and refining product positioning and differentiation in the trucking industry, ensuring we win against competitors.
  • Gathering and analyzing market intelligenceβ€”understanding customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategiesβ€”to refine our messaging and GTM approach.
  • Operating independently and interacting directly with senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic marketing plans without requiring constant direction.
  • Developing case studies, white papers, and customer success stories to showcase the value of NAT’s solutions.
  • Measuring and optimizing marketing effectiveness, ensuring that GTM efforts drive pipeline growth, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring market-driven insights inform product development and sales strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or related roles in the payments, fintech, or trucking industry.
  • Proven ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives, balancing multiple requests while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership, presenting insights and recommendations confidently and autonomously.
  • Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies, including competitive positioning, value-based messaging, and content creation.
  • Experience in the trucking industry or fleet payments is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
  • A self-starter mindsetβ€”comfortable operating as an individual contributor while building the foundation for future team growth.
