Flywheel Program Manager

Description -

We are seeking a skilled Flywheel program manager to join our team. This unique role requires an individual who excels as both a coach and a program manager, driving the Flywheel methodology across all business units. The ideal candidate will facilitate the adoption of the Flywheel framework, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide leaders across the six business units in the principles and practices of the Flywheel model.

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to empower employees to leverage the Flywheel methodology effectively.

  • Act as a mentor and resource for team members, providing ongoing support and encouragement.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Flywheel adoption across all business units.

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify opportunities for integration and improvement within their specific contexts.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Flywheel-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of Flywheel initiatives on organizational success.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster collaboration between business units to share best practices, insights, and success stories related to Flywheel implementation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Flywheel-related inquiries and initiatives.

  • Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and successes associated with Flywheel adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience with Flywheel implementation or similar frameworks in a multifaceted organization.

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent program management abilities with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.

  • Familiarity with performance measurement and analysis to inform decision-making.

The base pay range for this role is $136,850 Β to $198,450 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).Β  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
