Insurance Product Manager

We are looking for a talented Insurance Product Manager to manage the growth and profitability for personal lines products. We are a leading property casualty insurance company with over 100 years of experience.

Job Duties:

• Analyze business results, including product refreshes and performance.
• Formulate and execute recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
• Present and influence recommendations to business partners.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic initiatives.
• Coach and mentor on projects.

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the insurance industry
• Experience managing personal lines products
• Experience with competitive analysis tools.
• Strategic thinker with sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to provide insights.
• Knowledge of pricing and actuarial techniques.
• Understanding of ratemaking and its application.
• Understanding of insurance products and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree
