In this role, you will define the product strategy, requirements, user stories, and user journeys. A key responsibility will be envisioning scenarios that automate user experiences using artificial intelligence, reducing repetitive manual tasks. You will work closely with engineering and central AI team to drive the implementation of these solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various product and engineering teams across Payments, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Customer Experience (CX) Service, among others, to ensure a seamless end-to-end government solution.Β

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $76,700 to $167,600 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
