- 8+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of forward mortgage originations industry experience in Business Analyst and/or Product Owner roles
- Hands-on experience in POS, LOS, AUS and other key mortgage integrations is preferred
- Experience in Product & Pricing implementations is preferred
- Experience working in an Agile environment and lean methodology
- Analyze the business use cases to determine feasibility of the best design within time and cost constraints.
- Conduct Product Inception through Discovery and Framing exercise, build MVP with clearly defined Business Benefits.
- Perform Story Grooming, Iteration Planning, Daily scrum, Demo and Retrospective for each sprint.
- Implement story sizing techniques to provide right Timeline for Product Delivery.
- Build User Stories, Epics, Features, BRD, SRS documents to clearly articulate the Business requirement, current gaps and futures state of the application/product.
- Create Project Management practices through tools like VSTS, Jira and create necessary reports like Burn Down charts and other key metrices in the tool.
- Implement Agile Practices through Agile ceremonies to seamlessly build state of the art applications/products.
- Identify current gaps in the Process, provide solutions to address the gaps and incorporate the best practices to eliminate risks and fail points.
- Report progress of the development to stake holders through VSTS and Jira reports.
- Validate application/product at various points.
- Analyze and understand the IT requirements of the customer and convert the same into respective Epic, Features and User Stories.
- Build Agile Practices in the IT projects and perform the necessary ceremonies to ensure Product is built seamlessly as per the requirement of the customer.
- Design prototypes for User Interfaces by collaborating closely with the UX team.
- Create user stories with right acceptance criteria and validate the product thereby ensuring the Acceptance criteria are met.
- Conduct Product Inception, Planning, define Product MVP through Discovery and Framing and through Business meetings with stake holders.
- Analyze Data and report any Gaps in the current process, provide a future state application to address the currents gaps.
- Collaborate with Stake holders to mitigate risks, escalate potential issues and pro-actively identify fail points in the Project.
