We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and collaborative professional to join the team working on accelerating the delivery of intelligent AI-driven experiences throughout our products, services, and solutions so they work better together. The role will lead a cross-functional product effort to develop software products and deliver meaningful change in the daily workflow of our users. Successful candidate will be a future-ready leader who is motivated to solve tough challenges, to learn quickly and grow, and is dedicated to delivering material value to HPβs businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a roadmap for IT manageability for all AI Strategy and Better together platforms
Define ITDM requirements for enabling HP solutions in various managed, lightly managed and unmanaged commercial segments, and work with the other PMs to implement across AI and Better Together offering
Create the tools, business model and SaaS framework for monetization solutions
Develop a roadmap of analytics and insights solutions that can be offered as a service
Work across HP product and engineering teams to drive IT manageability and services in platforms such as WXP, Poly Lens, etc.Β
Collaborate with business unit management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices.
Work with engineering project managers, product design, and operations to identify and resolve risks associated with early builds.
Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Β Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality.
Track and report key metrics to drive future product developments.
Collaborate with launch lead, marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.
Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the manufacturing engineering organization.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members
Education and Experience Required:
MBA or equivalent experience; Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.
Experience cross-collaborating to drive projects forward.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Β
A growth mindset.β― Must fearlessly acknowledge successes and setbacks, accept feedback, and quickly progress the team to the next step.β―
Passion for learning and trying new hardware and software technologies and their associated workings, advantages, shortcomings, and application in customer use cases and experiences.
Ability to work independently, effectively management time and priorities, maintain a βproblem-solvingβ attitude, and resourcefully bring forward ideas and recommendations.
The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).Β Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
