As a Principal Software Product Manager, you'll help drive strategy and execute key roadmap initiatives for our Workforce Experience Platform or WXP. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating intricate insights into actionable strategies, primarily focusing on empowering IT leaders to improve workforce productivity. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to identify opportunities to build and refine WXP functionality. You will define product requirements, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure the successful delivery of features and solutions. Β

The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).Β Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
