The Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle from identifying sales and growth opportunities through design and delivery; ensuring competitive pricing, including promotional pricing and sales strategies.Β Works collaboratively across the organization to identify member behavior, technology, process, training, and experience that may impact the ability to achieve targets.Β Contributes to an environment that supports a diverse and engaged employee base.Β Β Β Β

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/certification and experience:
Bachelorβs Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of eight years progressive product experience in the banking or complimentary industry. Β Β Fluency with storytelling, reporting tools (including Microsoft Excel), and analytical tools.
Must be a team player with the ability to establish and maintain engaging working relationships with people of diverse backgrounds.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
Finger Dexterity: Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions and can deal with multiple variables.
Mathematics Ability: Ability to perform basic math skills and interpret personal finance concepts utilizing ratios and percents.
Language Ability: Ability to read periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias. Ability to prepare business letters, proposals, summaries, and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style.
