Product Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking an innovative Real Estate Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our real estate technology solutions. This role will focus on creating products that transform how properties are bought, sold, managed, and financed. The ideal candidate will combine deep real estate industry knowledge with product management expertise to deliver tools that serve agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, and property managers.

LOCATION

• This role can sit at our HQ in Jacksonville, FL or 100% remote.
• Ability to travel 30% – 40% to sales meetings, events, conferences and to Jacksonville, FL (if not local).  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for real estate technology products, including property search platforms, agent tools, and property management solutions.
• Analyze market trends in prop tech, real estate transactions, and property management to identify product opportunities.
• Gather requirements from real estate professionals, property managers, and end users to inform product development.
• Lead the development of features that improve property discovery, valuation, transaction management, and property operations.
• Collaborate with data science teams to develop and improve market analysis tools.
• Work with engineering and design teams to create intuitive solutions for complex real estate processes.
• Develop and track metrics related to user engagement, transaction volume, and property management efficiency.
• Partner with real estate operations teams to ensure products align with industry workflows and compliance requirements.
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, property managers, and technology partners.
• Guide the implementation of MLS integration standards and real estate data protocols

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Requires 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in real estate technology.
• Strong understanding of real estate operations, transactions, and property management.
• Experience with MLS systems, property databases, and real estate technology platforms.
• Proven track record of launching successful digital products in the real estate sector.
• Excellence in agile methodologies and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Outstanding communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of real estate regulations and compliance requirements.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge and understand of AI and how it can be leveraged.
• Web and/or mobile product management experience.
