More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Product Manager, Exit and Emergency Lighting, Cooper Lighting Solutions, in Peachtree City, GA. Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Portfolio ownership and translate business plans to define product marketing strategies.

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap. Drive commercial and functional specifications in design processes and manage trade-offs involving specifications, features, timing and cost.

  • Introduction of new products and work with business development and marketing communications for product launches and marketing materials; communicate and position the product in relation to other products, competitors and define key product messages.

  • Implement the pricing strategy and define value-based target sales prices based on competitor analysis and target cost prices derived from selling price positions and pricing policy.

  • Provide technical and commercial training to customers and within the organization.

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of Product Management, Marketing, or Product Development experience

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Preferred Qualifications:​ ​

  • MBA

  • Experience in the lighting or electronics field

  • Deep knowledge of LED and controls technology

  • Experience in managing a complex product line, at multiple manufacturing locations

  • Marketing and collateral development, including specification and technical writing

  • Salary: $124,200 - 182,160

  • Bonus:  target bonus opportunity - 15%
