About the Role
In this role as Product Manager ll on the NAM Mobility Payments team, you will focus on improving the payments experience with WEXβs card and initiatives to reduce churnβdirectly impacting key metrics like NPS scores and customer retention. Youβll collaborate closely with other Product Managers and stakeholders across different teams at WEX to identify high-impact opportunities to simplify and personalize our products. While receiving direction on the overall strategy, youβll also have room to grow by actively researching customer needs, analyzing data, and helping shape product roadmaps.
What youβll do:
Design and bring to market revenue generating, customer-driven software products
Own the product lifecycle from requirements and experiences gathering through production and release
Turn customer and stakeholdersβ insights into actionable business and product requirements
Develop and write effective epic level stories and helps represent the voice of customer and business
Identify opportunities through customer insights and quantitative dataΒ
Build products that deliver great customer experiences and business results

Experience youβll bring:Β
Recent graduate from undergraduate or graduate degree program
Experience in and passion for product management, design and/or technologyΒ
Demonstrated history of delivering strong results, on time
Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to identify root cause of issues, develop recommendations and influence others
Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.
Willingness to consume data and have a data driven mindsetΒ
