Impulse is a software solution to capture and share candid pictures or videos of guests at an event and share them directly via MMS.
Position Overview:
As a Product Manager for Impulse, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and success of our groundbreaking product. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring that Impulse aligns with our agency's vision and meets the evolving needs of our clients and audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop a clear and compelling product strategy for Impulse that aligns with the agency's goals and market trends.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and milestones.
- Requirement Definition: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements for Impulse's features and functionalities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- User-Centric Approach: Champion a user-centric approach by collecting user feedback, conducting usability testing, and iterating on the product based on insights.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key product metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to drive informed product decisions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and plans to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Messaging and Audiovisual Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the messaging (SMS, MMS, iMessage) field and audiovisual space to enhance Impulse's features and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- In-depth understanding of messaging technologies (SMS, MMS, iMessage) and audiovisual experiences is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
- Creative problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Experience in the experiential marketing or creative industry is a plus.
