Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.

Our Product Management team is looking forβ€―aβ€―Product Manager Intern to own the customer experience of files in Processing within the Data Enrichment domain of our SaaS platform, Relativity One. Data enrichment extracts metadata from documents, transforms documents to facilitate workflows, and runs AI workloads to drive search and review.

Job Description and Requirements

In this internship, you will focus on understanding and improving the user experience of unsupported files in the RelativityOne Processing product through several responsibilities:Β 

  • Conduct customer interviews to understand current pain points, workflows and experience with unsupported file typesΒ 

  • Conduct market research to understand unsupported file experience in competitor productsΒ 

  • Research a new file identification service to address pain points with the current file identification technologyΒ 

  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other product managers to plan and propose a solutionΒ 

  • Recommend a solution to provide consistent user experience for unsupported file types in processingΒ 

  • Develop customer enablement and product documentation to align with the proposed solutionΒ 

  • Provide a presentation of your learnings, recommendations and project success to stakeholdersΒ

We are looking for Interns with the following qualifications:Β 

  • Currently pursuing any bachelor's degree preferably in business, Computer Science,β€―Engineering, or Designβ€―or comparable work experienceβ€―Β 

  • Prior internship experience in Product Management preferred or a good understanding of the product management discipline in lieu of previous product experienceΒ 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills β€―Β 

  • Highly motivated with a focus on execution and qualityΒ 

  • Loves challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environmentΒ

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$43,000 and $55,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.Β
