As the Product Manager for Internet, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of our internet products. Your focus will be on developing innovative product ideas, building compelling business cases, and defining strategies that set us apart in the market. You'll analyze customer needs, study industry trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to craft solutions that align with our vision. Here are some other things you'll be responsive for:
- Support the Senior Product Manager in developing products or proposing changes to existing product line-up that will help achieve business goals and meet customer needs through research-based business cases
- Develop promotional plans/business cases to increase sales of existing products or introduce new products to the market to help meet monthly targets
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or new product development
- Conduct research to understand gaps in customer experience, identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points
- Β Use data to drive product development and enhancements
- Analyze data to anticipate threats or opportunities and create recommendations
- Develop clear and compelling vision for internet products that align with the company's overall strategy and goals
- Create and execute product roadmap including timelines and milestones to achieve objectives
- Communicating with different internal departments to coordinate the development of new products or manage existing product line-up and promotions
- Lead research on end-user equipment for Product to drive product innovation or features advancements
- Managing inventory levels of existing consumer accessories for end use
- Creating detailed product specifications based on customer feedback and market research

This is what you need to have:β―Β
- Bachelorβs Degree and/or three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience in Product Management, Accounting, or Marketing field and/or the telecom industry is preferredΒ
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience driving marketing and sales results
- May require working at other locations so must have valid Guam Driverβs License
- Excellent communication skills as role will require presenting or coordinating with different levels within the company (leadership team, middle managers, coworkers, frontliners etc.) as well as communicating to external stakeholders (customers, media)
- Good sense of foresight and attention to detail is a plus
- Experienced in utilizing current technological means of communication (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Experienced in compiling and presenting information to senior management
- Personal effectiveness - participate with the team and achieves individual objectives
- Able to contribute to a team success by supporting fellow co-workers
- Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
