Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial & Sales Enablement:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive internal rollout plans for new products, features, and services.
    • Design and deliver engaging sales training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and tools.
    • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including product guides, FAQs, demo scripts, and competitive analysis.
  2. Sales Support:
    • Provide direct support to the sales team during client engagements, including technical presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and respond to technical queries from clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address client needs and pain points, tailoring solutions accordingly.
  3. Marketing & Client Engagement:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote new products and features, including the creation of technical papers, case studies, and marketing collateral.
    • Represent NOV at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events, delivering presentations and networking with key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
  4. Product Management:
    • Work closely with the product development team to ensure new products and features meet market demands and client requirements.
    • Gather and analyze market feedback to inform product roadmap and future development.
    • Monitor and report on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Software & SaaS Management:
    • Manage software programs and SaaS solutions, ensuring they deliver high-value data and services to clients.
    • Collaborate with software development teams to enhance product offerings and address client needs.
    • Ensure seamless integration of software solutions with clients' existing systems and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or a related role within the oilfield services industry.
  • Proven experience in oil and gas production and artificial lift technologies.
  • Experience managing software programs and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of artificial lift technologies and the oil and gas market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective sales training and enablement programs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams and driving commercial success.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support sales and marketing efforts.
