You will be responsible for developing and managing Salesforce CRM design and configuration to support top-priority business processes.

This position will report to Senior Director, Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day product operations and enhancements for suite of product features within our Salesforce CRM
  • Drive strategic business outcomes and continuous operational improvements through the usage of Salesforce
  • Build specific technical requirements for Salesforce configuration, features, and workflows
  • Work with Product Development team to develop, configure, and test features
  • Develop and maintain robust user training materials and engage with users to ensure consistent product usage
  • Ingest, prioritize, manage, and resolve Salesforce assistance requests

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Distinguished academic track record
  • 4-5+ year work experience in a Product-related role
  • Preferred work experience in Financial Services industry
  • Demonstrated expertise and certifications in Salesforce or willingness to obtain consultative or higher level certifications
  • Experience with key enterprise tooling, e.g., Jira, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with other 3rd party systems
  • Preferred experience engaging with client servicing, sales operations, Dev Ops, and QA teams
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technology features, optimizing for simplicity, scalability, and effectiveness
  • Effective communication, both orally and in writing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead product-related projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively to deliver key project
  • Effective communication, both orally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • High standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
