As a Product Manager on the Experimentation team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and review top-tier client experiences. With a commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Design, execute, interpret experiments to surface customer insights and guide product experience.
- Partner closely with cross functional teams to define measurement plan.
- Act as subject matter expert of the testing platform: Understand technical capabilities and implementations to facilitate utilization.
- Develop thoughtful analysis and actionable insights from large scale data.
- Exercise good attention to detail and project management skills to handle multiple product relationships and tests simultaneously.
- Synthesize and summarize team experiments into polished presentations for senior leadership.Β
- Influence and guide the culture of experimentation with scalable solutions, persistence and expertise.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Demonstrate ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data curiosity with ability to self-direct.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate and achieve actionable results with other teams.
- Experience functioning as a strategic consultant to different businesses/products by understanding business plans for future quickly and coming up with solutions.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Python, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with relational databases. SQL knowledge is required. Β
- Excellent PowerPoint and slide-writing skills to deliver analytical insights.Β
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in frontΒ of large audiences.Β
