Your Role
In the role of Product Marketing Manager, Providers you will be an integral part of CareScoutβs growth strategy. You will be a subject matter expert for the long-term care (LTC) provider segment (home care, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing), those both currently in our Quality Network and those who would benefit from joining. You will identify, analyze, and action personas, use cases, needs, behaviors, and perceptions of LTC providers β and have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to create a well-rounded strategy. You will become an expert in CareScoutβs full product portfolio so that we can clearly and compellingly position those products to current and prospective LTC providers. You will also be able to synthesize many inputs into an effective data-driven strategy to meet our company goals. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing initiatives to enhance and strengthen our current LTC provider partnerships and generate new leads. These efforts enable our sales team and partners to achieve our target goals.
A successful candidate for this role will be strategic, curious, analytical, and flexible. You will have deep knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics and experience creating value propositions, buyer personas, message maps, and product launch plans. As a trusted partner of the sales, provider operations, strategy, and product teams, you will be able to manage competing priorities and tight timelines. This is an independent contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing.
