Product Strategy & Roadmap (20%)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with short-term and long-term business objectives.
Effectively communicate the roadmap to both stakeholders and the delivery team.
Own and understand multiple complex systems and product integrations, ensuring they support the overall client program and strategy.
Create and manage project documentation, incorporating stakeholder input to refine requirements and align with business goals.
Backlog Management & Prioritization (50%)
Define and refine product requirements, ensuring they align with stakeholder vision and business needs.
Act as the bridge between business units, technology teams, and support teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable user stories.
Evaluate and prioritize backlog items to maximize product value and team efficiency.
Balance usability, performance, and business objectives while making trade-off decisions.
Product Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement (30%)
Ensure product deliveries meet stakeholder needs, business requirements, and quality expectations.
Provide clarity to the development team on product vision and user stories to drive effective execution.
Conduct product demos for clients and stakeholders, confirming alignment with business needs.
Monitor delivery progress and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in a Product Owner role or a similar technology-related position required.
Strong ability to quickly understand client domains and product requirements.
Experience in researching, analyzing, and defining business requirements.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
Proficiency in meeting facilitation, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and driving end-to-end product delivery.
