Job Description:
Responsible for maximizing the value for a product. Defines the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model to ensure there is alignment. Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain. With some guidance, creates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems. Creates and prioritizes work for one team. Learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams. With some guidance, creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog. Refines stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints. Reviews and accepts stories and is empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements. Works in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business. Individual contributor.

Job Specific Summary

The GMOT Settlement Domain Team is looking an individual to assist teams and AIT owners in ensuring compliance to standards that are reported through a variety of tools used by the bank – notable, Rise and the Continuous Monitoring Portal.Β  The individual with work closely with existing AIT owners to assist them with these duties and will over time gain knowledge of the settlement applications being supported by the teams.Β  A longer term goal is for the individual to become an AIT owner for some of these applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for auditors and stakeholders with respect to domain side technology audits, assessments, and product compliance.
  • Application Management through maintenance of AppHq. Working with the product managers / AIT owners to ensure AIT is accurately maintained in AppHq within the domain.
  • Will help develop process that allow teams to proactively stay ahead of CM and Rise due dates.
  • Assist AIT owners/teams monitoring and completing RISE deliverables to ensure they are closed on time.
  • Assist AIT owners/teams with GIS Continuous Monitoring tools reporting and tracking of patching and security requirements associated with the AITs.
  • Impact assessment and analysis of GIS Continuous monitoring metrics that may result in consequence for the AIT.
  • Coordination of audit and regular assessments associated with the AITs. Working with Risk Managers and the Technical Risk Officers where specific actions are identified with the AIT’s.
  • Support development of any related Policies, Standards and Baselines related to the AITs.
  • Creation of Exception Requests (GIS ERP) and Risk Cases (RISE SIAI) required to support risk process in relation to the AITs.
  • For applications that are vendor managed, the candidate will assist the AIT owners and work with their support and vendor management partners to provide technical direction as necessary to ensure the vendor’s application meets the Bank’s objectives, SLA’s, and that all applicable information about the application is correct.

β€’Β Β  Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as technical, process and reporting skills

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Strong analytical skills and use of tools (excel) to report and track vulnerabilities and impact

β€’Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Ability to multitask and keep track of deliverables to complete in a timely manner

Pay range

$88,100.00 - $153,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
