Responsible for managing large and sometimes complex programs with multiple projects reporting into the program.Β  Responsible for program and projects through planning, execution, and delivery with no assistance.Β  Identifying resources, managing stakeholders, effectively communicating and delivering projects on time and budget.Β 

  • Responsible for the program and projects through planning, execution, and delivery with no assistance.
  • Manage stakeholder and executive level updates as well as track and communicate program status.
  • Work with Stakeholders and task owners to develop and document requirements for each program/project following through with Jira stories to be tracked through project completion.Β 
  • Identify and balance all program/project dependencies, risks, milestones and ensure there are no roadblocks.
  • Partner with all Stakeholders to identify resources required for the planning and execution phase of a project.Β 
  • Responsible for tracking program budget and updating if required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Information Technology, or General Studies OR HS Diploma plus an additional 2 years
  • 5 years program management experience
  • Excellent communications and written skills required.Β  Display strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent oral presentation skills
  • Well versed in MS PowerPoint and putting together cohesive presentation base on audience.
  • Understands goals and drivers of the presentation content
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Profession (PMP), Agile Certified Practioner (ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM).Β  Working knowledge of project management software to include Jira and Microsoft Office as well as Agile and Six Sigma methodologies.
