Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating effective communication, driving key stakeholder decisions and monitoring the progress of major initiatives to ensure adherence to scope, schedule and budget.



Leadership Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact on technology projects and major initiatives.
  • Establishes tools, resources, and processes for project management.
  • Fosters a culture of teamwork within project management and other departments.
  • Facilitates stakeholder meetings and publishes routine readouts and reports.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Creates long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones while adhering to deadlines and budget.
  • Delegates tasks and drives accountability.
  • Makes effective and timely decisions when presented with multiple options for project progression.
  • Serves as single point of contact for teams when multiple business units or departments are required for project execution while ensuring all units remain in synergy.
  • Communicates with company executives to keep projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Performs quality control and analysis throughout the project lifecycle to maintain expected standards.
  • Adjusts schedules and targets in response to scope rework or budgetary changes.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner along with the ability to track, prioritize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated; enjoys finding solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools and processes


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, leadership or equivalent field(s).
  • Five or more years of formal project management.
  • Leadership experience in a highly technical field, telecom preferred.
  • Current project management credentials or evidence of continuous education in related disciplines.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods, working at a computer up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Ability to travel to relevant office sites.
