The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving client retention, performance improvements, and process standardization across AMN service lines and key accounts. While this role may have some client-facing responsibilities, it will primarily focus on collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and renewal rates. Success in this role will be measured by the rapid execution of enhanced processes, improved client retention for at-risk accounts, and more effective performance reporting and standardization.Ā
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to implement strategies that support client retention and operational improvements.Ā
Lead efforts to standardize reporting and KPIs across accounts to ensure data-driven decision-making.Ā
Utilize VMS, AIME, and Power BI to analyze performance data and develop actionable insights.Ā
Support at-risk accounts through the Tiger Team approach, driving alignment on performance goals and strategy execution.Ā
Assist in the design and implementation of scalable process improvements to enhance service delivery.Ā
Serve as an internal resource for strategic planning, offering data-backed recommendations to improve program efficiency.Ā
Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to gain buy-in on process and reporting enhancements.Ā
Travel as needed to support key initiatives and team collaboration.Ā
Mid-level experience in program management, business operations, or client engagement within travel staffing, MSPs, or vendor-neutral models.Ā
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, workforce solutions, and staffing industry dynamics.Ā
Willingness to travel as needed.Ā
Improved internal reporting processes and KPI standardization.Ā
Reduction in client attrition for at-risk accounts through improved internal collaboration.Ā
Increased efficiency in process implementation and operational improvements.Ā
Proficiency in VMS, AIME, and Power BI is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to implement solutions rapidly and drive measurable outcomes.Ā
Strong stakeholder management and persuasion skills, particularly in influencing internal teams and leadership.Ā

Education & Years of Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
