Your Opportunity:

This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the President of Operations. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Leverage user research, feedback, and analytics to enhance product features and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and marketing teams to bring products from concept to launch.
  • Ensure all product developments meet financial regulations and compliance standards for MyBambu.
  • Use metrics, KPIs, and A/B testing to optimize product performance and iterate on features.
  • Act as the bridge between leadership, technical teams, and external partners to align business objectives with product execution.
  • Manage sprints, define product requirements, and oversee development processes using Agile methodologies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the neobanking space.

Skill and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Deep understanding of fintech, payments, digital banking, and financial regulations.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and A/B testing.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud banking solutions, digital wallets, and fraud prevention technologies.
  • Experience working with compliance, risk, and legal teams to develop regulated financial products.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, data analytics tools, and product roadmap software.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer experience best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred.
  • Five (5+) years in product management, preferably in fintech, neobanking, or digital payments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, is a plus.

Physical Requirements:Β 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
