Position Overview:Β Β The purpose of Program Management at Mirapath is to expand Mirapath DCIM competency to ensure timely delivery of its products, solutions and services to customers. Β
The scope of Program Management is to oversee professional services projects and the project management team. The role will be split between overseeing internal-facing and external-facing activities. Β Internally, the focus is on marshaling Sales, Technology, Services and Operations resources that span the full range of products, solutions and services to ensure highest quality and timely delivery to customers. Β Externally, the focus is on managing Customers deliverables that are aligned with Scope of Works according to contractual commitments. Β

Working Conditions - Mirapath office and/or customer sites including but not limited to data center, construction sites with Β exposure to weather, dirt/dust, high- and low-voltage electrical lines, hazardous construction equipment and materials, and loud noise. Β Β

Responsibilities:Β
βΒ Β Β Β Establish both internal and external processes and procedures. Β Monitor applicable Program/Project-level KPIs such as on-time delivery, Customer Satisfaction Net Promoter Scores (e.g., Test results, Project sign-off, proper documentation)s
βΒ Β Β Β Manage and oversee individual Customer Project Scope, Schedule, Materials and Resources consistent with contractual obligations to ensure timely delivery at highest quality standards.
βΒ Β Β Β Partner with Sales to respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP - Proactively scope Service delivery required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed service
βΒ Β Β Β Complete customer site walks and prepare comprehensive quotes/proposals for Services engagements
βΒ Β Β Β Marshall resources throughout the company (Sale, Technology, Service, Operation, etc.) to ensure scheduling, timely procurement of materials, accurate invoicing and any other resources needed for successful project completion at the highest quality standards..Β
βΒ Β Β Β Organize and maintain documentation for all ongoing and future projects within the department.Β
βΒ Β Β Β Develop strong relationships with customers; effectively communicate relevant project information and timely updates to customers and serve as an intermediary between the company's sales and technical teams.
βΒ Β Β Β Collaborate with Sales, Technology and Fulfillment teams to ensure feasibility of each project and deliverables
βΒ Β Β Β Forecast and prepare reports on financial aspects of current and future projects.
βΒ Β Β Β Manage projects dashboard and Chair regular Program Review meetings with Mirapath Senior Management
βΒ Β Β Β All other duties as necessary

Qualifications:
βΒ Β Β Β 7+ years proven track record in Program Management and/or Project Management in fast-paced IT, IT infrastructure and technology industry for large enterprise customersΒ
βΒ Β Β Β PMP certification preferred
βΒ Β Β Β BS degree in a foundational technical field Β
βΒ Β Β Β Business, IT knowledge and experience working in professional services, technology, engineering and/or construction industry. Β Β
βΒ Β Β Β Experience and ease using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and ERP (NetSuite preferred). Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is preferred.
