Senior Program Manager - Aerospace MRO

Summary:

An Aerospace MRO company is looking to hire an experienced Program Manager. This position will be expected to oversee the profit & loss for the $100M+ NAVAIR T56 Series 3.5 Engine Upgrade Program (pending award), and supports business development for future U.S. Government engine MRO programs.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the NAVAIR T56 Series 3.5 Engine Upgrade Program to meet contractual, cost, technical, and scheduling goals, with full P&L accountability.
* Oversee subcontractor relationships to ensure compliance with prime and subcontract requirements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for contractual, cost, and technical issues within FAR/DFAR guidelines.
* Conduct program reviews with customers, subcontractors, and company leadership.
* Plan and schedule workflows to meet Turn-Around-Time (TAT) goals.
* Develop and track KPIs for internal and customer reporting.
* Propose, negotiate, and oversee out-of-scope work in FAR/DFAR environments.
* Ensure contract data is submitted through customer systems.
* Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Business Development teams to meet production, billing, and future contract goals.
* Prepare annual program budgets and provide regular progress and risk reports.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager
* Background in Aviation MRO programs, preferably engines
* Experience working directly with the U.S. Government or DoD
* P&L management experience
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
* FAR/DFAR experience
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
